MEET PETER
Peter Theoharidis is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Online Fitness Coach, and recreational athlete.
After graduating from Providence College with a degree in Finance, Peter decided to take an unconventional route and pursue a career as a fitness professional. After the COVID shutdown, Peter quit his personal training job at a franchise gym and started his own coaching business.
Since starting his business, he’s prided himself on being a student of the game - adopting all the necessary skills to forge strong relationships, impart lifestyle change, and be an example to his clientele.
Having learned so much in his experience as an athlete and student of the industry, Peter made it his mission to execute a sustainable, science-based system geared towards moving pain-free, building great physiques, and leading an active lifestyle for professionals living in the Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, and Brewster area.

Generally speaking, in person clients meet with me anywhere from 1 to 3 times per week. As far as what is best for you depends entirely on context. For more sedentary folks who require more accountability and regular activity, higher frequency is better. For the rest who are highly active but desire the guidance and know-how of a coach, less frequency is appropriate under these circumstances.

I am a not a licensed nutritionist or dietician. It would be outside of my scope of practice to prescribe a meal plan for medical ailments. But, I am a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. With this certification I can counsel my clients on science backed insights and lifestyle habits to make effective dietary choices.

Although there are some refined skills you can learn in this program, it is designed to help you start from square one. So, if you have absolutely zero experience in fitness, we can take the baby steps necessary to help you hit the ground running with movement progressions that fit your body

My most successful clients set “low” expectations for themselves. “Low,” meaning they start the program with the expectation of simply being consistent with adopting healthy habits and hitting their sessions. They show little interest in quick results and embrace the long road which ironically gets them the fastest results. Delaying gratification is the most important pillar to achieving your peak health and fitness.
